Return Policy

At , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

How returns are collected

We arrange a pickup. Our courier partner will collect the return from the address you provided at checkout — you don't need to ship anything yourself.

Eligibility

Product must be unused and in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Tags and labels must be intact
Customized or altered products cannot be returned
Blouse pieces, if cut, are non-returnable

How to Return

Go to My Account → Orders and select the order you want to return.

Click Request Return and select a reason for the return.

Our courier will collect the parcel from your delivery address — no action needed from you.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refund Methods

Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
